Quality approach from the mold to production

From the article design to the mold realization, in recent years, there has been a focus on an ethical and ecological approach that ensures product quality. This aims to provide a safe and verifiable quality process, even by using new raw materials related to recycling and bio-based methods.

The production of components and subsequent processes are carried out in compliance with strict control standards for every detail. Starting from the raw material, which must meet certifications for safe origin for each individual batch.

The finished article undergoes various conformity tests from the design phase, particularly in the initial productions, with specific examinations conducted using laboratory tools such as:

VACUUM TEST UNDER A HOOD
45°C OVEN TEST especially for solvent-based or photosensitive thermo products
SOLAR TEST especially for containers that must guarantee UVA-UVB resistance
